REFUND POLICY

   

Bridgestone Cleaners stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship 100%. If you are not completely pleased with the results of your cleaned garment, Bridgestone Cleaners will re-clean it on a complimentary basis. We do ask that your garment is returned to Bridgestone Cleaners, in unworn condition, in the Bridgestone packaging, within Three months of the drop off date. Regrettably, due to the nature of our services, refunds cannot be given. This policy is for all garments that Bridgestone Cleaners has cleaned, but does not include alterations or repairs. 

For garments that may have been damaged in the cleaning process; Bridgestone Cleaners must be notified within seven days from the time of pickup or delivery. Bridgestone Cleaners must be given the opportunity to examine the garment at the store. The claims process can not be started using digital images. Bridgestone Cleaners will provide complimentary pick up of any garment that needs to be examined at our store. Bridgestone Cleaners reserves the right to use NCA National Cleaners Association garment analysis to determine if the Bridgestone Cleaners process was at fault. 

While the staff at the Bridgestone Cleaners are very skilled and pay attention to detail unfortunately, we cannot guarantee stain removal. Our staff will make recommendations about the possibility of stain removal; but stain removal for certain stain/fabric/dye combinations is impossible to predict until the stains are treated and garment cleaned. Bridgestone Cleaners cannot offer price reductions or refunds for stains not removed during the cleaning process. We will re-clean your garment on a complimentary basis (as above) provided it is returned to Bridgestone Cleaners in unworn condition, in Bridgestone Cleaners packaging, within Three months of the drop off date. your consent will be needed on an Acknowledgment of Risk form to move forward. 

For garments altered, repaired or tailored by Bridgestone Cleaners, we will correct any issues of fit on a complimentary basis provided that the garment is returned to Bridgestone Cleaners within 60 days from the date of drop off. Fit issues that will be addressed on a complimentary basis must be part of the original alteration. Repairs will be addressed at no additional charge, provided that the issue is within the scope of the original repair. Repairs or alterations not part of the original description that needs to be addressed will be charged for. All pinned items by customers that where not measured or fitted by Bridgestone cleaners with a complains there after we will not be liable for it.
